Christine leads Pacific Life’s client experience strategy unifying cross-functional teams to create a holistic, client-obsessed experience to support long-term corporate and business divisions’ strategic goals. She is responsible for building end-to-end client experience strategy for scale and efficiency while championing the voice of the customer as one company. Further, she leads and aligns innovation efforts, enterprise customer insights and customer journeys to bring new solutions and experiences to market more efficiently.
Christine joined Pacific Life in 2008 and has over 30 years’ experience within the retirement and financial services industry. She has held a variety of leadership roles in annuity and retirement product development, marketing and sales.
