Adrien Lopez Lanusse is Vice President of Consumer Insights at Netflix, a leading global internet entertainment service. His team focuses on bringing a deep understanding of consumers around the globe to inform decision making across the business and improve the experience for customers worldwide. He joined Netflix in 2010, supporting its expansion beyond the US.
Adrien has over 25 years of multicultural and international research and strategy experience. His passion lies in understanding the cultural nuances of diverse consumers based on in-depth research, and translating those insights into actionable business strategy. Prior to Netflix, Adrien was head of Intercultural Insights at Cheskin Added Value, a WPP consulting firm.
Adrien has an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a BSC in Marketing and International Business from Santa Clara University. He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City, and serves on several non-profit boards.
